Public Offer Agreement

for ordering, purchasing, and delivery of goods

This document is an official offer (public offer) of the Seller to conclude a sales agreement with any visitor of the website aris2wrld.com (the Buyer).

In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Offer is public and establishes equal conditions for all Buyers, regardless of their legal status.

Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement is the placement of an order on the website and its confirmation by clicking the “Confirm Order” button or a similar button, as well as the Buyer receiving an electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.

1. Definitions

1.1. Offer – the Seller’s proposal to conclude an agreement under the terms set forth in this document.

1.2. Product – goods presented on the website aris2wrld.com.

1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website: https://aris2wrld.com.

1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual aged 18 or older or a business entity placing an order.

1.5. Seller – Sole Proprietor (FOP) Zlatich Aristarkh, Tax ID: 3934206276, address: Ukraine, Uzhhorod, Sobranetska Street, 84.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ordered Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept it under the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed on the website.

3. Order Placement

3.1. Orders are placed through the website aris2wrld.com.

3.2. To confirm an order, the Buyer provides:

  • Full name;
  • Delivery address;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Tax ID (for legal entities and sole proprietors).

3.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the provided information.

3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to process an order in case of incomplete or inaccurate data.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. All prices on the website are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH).

4.2. Payment methods:

  • Non-cash payment to the Seller’s account;
  • Cash on delivery;
  • Other options available on the website.

4.3. Payment is considered completed after funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

4.4. Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is paid separately by the Buyer.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out by courier and postal services specified on the website.

5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier.

5.3. Upon receiving the Product, the Buyer must check its quantity, quality, and completeness.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns of goods of proper quality are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product retains its original condition and packaging.

6.2. Products with individual customization or made to order are non-returnable.

6.3. In case of defects, the Buyer has the right to apply in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

6.4. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller is obliged to:

  • Fulfill orders within the agreed сроки;
  • Maintain confidentiality of the Buyer’s data.

The Seller has the right to:

  • Change the terms of this Offer and product prices by publishing updates on the website;
  • Refuse to fulfill an order in cases предусмотренных законодательством.

The Buyer is obliged to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order;
  • Review the terms of this Offer before placing an order.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the Product.

8.3. Neither party is liable in case of force majeure circumstances.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data.

9.2. The Seller uses this data exclusively for order fulfillment and may transfer it to third parties only in cases предусмотренных законом.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court.
